These are some of the remarkably haunting yet beautiful works of Russian born artist Alex Kanevsky. Currently working in Philadelphia, Kanevsky's unclear marks mystify the exact detail of his painting in order to create confusing amalgamations and bodily contortions in borderless rooms. His beautiful images of, usually, faceless people in confused environments represents the reality of fast-paced life, the complicated displacement of body and mind in the monotony of everyday existence.
